Maj. Gen. Michelle D. Johnson, USAF, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and for assignment as superintendent, USAF Academy, Colorado Springs, CO. Johnson is currently serving as deputy chief of staff, Operations and Intelligence, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, NATO, Casteau, Belgium.
