Maj Gen Marshall B. Webb, Class of 2004 has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general and for assignment as commander, NATO Special Operations HQ, Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, Mons, Belgium. Webb is currently serving as commander, Special Operations Command Europe and director, special operations, US European Command, Stuttgart-Valhingen, Germany.
