Lt. Gen Frank J. Grass, Army National Guard, has nominated for appointment to the rank of general and for assignment as chief of the National Guard Bureau in Washington, DC. He is currently serving as deputy commander, U.S. Northern Command/vice commander, U.S. element, North American Aerospace Defense Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado.
