RADM P. Gardner Howe will be assigned as commander, Special Operations Command, U.S. Pacific Command, Camp Smith, Hawaii. Howe is currently serving as assistant commander, operations, Joint Special Operations Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, N.C.
