Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, USAF, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of general and for assignment as commnder, US Air Forces Europe; commander, US Air Forces Africa; commander, Allied Air Command; and director, Joint Air Power Competence Centre, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Gorenc is currently serving as assistant vice chief of staff and director, Air Staff, US Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, DC.
