ADM Cecil E. D. Haney, Class of 2000, has been nominated for reappointment to the rank of admiral and for assignment as commander, US Strategic Command, Offutt Air Force Base, NE. Haney is currently serving as commander, US Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, HI.
