Col William T. Cooley, Class of 2007, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Cooley is currently serving as director, Air Force General Officer Management, Deputy Chief of Staff, Manpower, Personnel and Services, Headquarters US Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, DC.
