CAPT Murray J. Tynch III, Class of 2008, who has been selected for promotion to rear admiral (lower half), will be assigned as assistant chief of staff, J-3, Joint Forces Command, Naples, Italy. Tynch is currently serving as deputy director, Navy Staff, Washington, DC.
