Ambassador Richard Norland, Class of 2002

On July 25th, Our Deputy Commandant, Ambassador Richard Norland, was sworn in by Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg as our new Ambassador to Georgia. Ambassador Norland will report to Georgia in the beginning of September. Ambassador James Foley has assumed the duties of the Deputy Commandant. We wish Ambassador Norland and his wife, Mary, the very best in their new assignment.
