Maj. Gen. Gregory A. Biscone, USAF, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of Lt. Gen. and for assignment as chief, Office of the Defense Representative-Pakistan (ODR-P), U.S. Central Command, U.S. Embassy, Islamabad, Pakistan. Biscone is currently serving as director, global operations, Headquarters, U.S. Strategic Commad, Offut Air Force Base, Neb.
