CAPT James J. Malloy, selected for the rank of Rear Admiral (Lower Half), will be assigned as deputy director of Operations, J-3, United States Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, FL. Malloy is currently serving as chief, European/NATO Policy Division, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Washington, DC.
