CAPT William W. Wheeler III, Class of 2008 has been selected for promotion to rear admiral (lower half) will be assigned as deputy commander, Joint Task Force, Horn of Africa, Djibouti, Africa. Wheeler is currently serving as executive assistant to commander, US Naval Forces, Europe/commander, US Naval Forces, Africa/commander, Joint Allied Forces Command, Naples, Italy.
