RDML Brian J. Brakke, Class of 2011, will be assigned as commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, Virginia Beach, VA. Brakke is currently serving as deputy director, operations and intelligence integration, Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Agency, Washington, DC.
