VADM William F. Moran, class of 2006, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of admiral and for assignment as vice chief of naval operations, Pentagon, Washington, DC. Moran is currently serving as deputy chief of naval operations for manpower, personnel, training, and education, N1, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations; and chief of naval personnel, Arlington, VA.
