Maj Gen Mark D. Kelly, Class of 2007, has been nominated for appointment to the rank of lieutenant general, and for assignment as commander, Twelfth Air Force (Air Forces Southern), Air Combat Command, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ. Kelly is currently serving as the special assistant to the commander, Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA.
