Navy Reserve CAPT Rodney P. DeWalt, selected for promotion to rear admiral (lower half), will be assigned as reserve deputy commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, Little Creek, VA. DeWalt is currently serving as commanding officer, Navy Reserve, Navy Installations Command Headquarters, Washington, DC.
