VADM Christopher W. Grady has been nominated for appointment to the rank of admiral, and for assignment as commander, US Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk, VA. Grady is currently serving as commander, Sixth Fleet; command, Task Force Six; commander, Striking and Support Forces NATO; deputy commander, US Naval Forces Europe; deputy command, US Naval Forces Africa; and Joint Force Maritime Component commander Europe, Naples, Italy.
